Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Names New State Chairs
ARLINGTON, Va. – Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is proud to announce the appointment the following who will serve as the new ESGR State Chairs beginning Oct 1, 2024.

Colorado, Ms. Alison Patton
District of Columbia, Mr. Kelvin Hart
Idaho, Mr. Jim VanDinter
Indiana, Mr. Daniel T. Kozlowski
Kansas, Mr. Clinton Moyer
New Mexico, Mr. Willie Griego
Puerto Rico, Mr. Luis Vilaro-Suarez
Rhode Island, Ms. Dale Venturini
Texas, Mr. Richard Noriega
Virgin Islands, Mr. Osbert Potter
Wyoming, Mr. Steven Mount
As State Chairs, they will be responsible for leading the ESGR Volunteers in their respective States Committees promoting understanding and cooperation between members of the National Guard and Reserve and their civilian employers. Since reserve components are routinely called to military duty, the leadership of the ESGR State Chairs ensures that service members are supported in balancing their military and civilian careers, and that employers recognize the critical role they play in our national defense All-Volunteer force.

ESGR, a Department of Defense program, seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States. ESGR develops and promotes supportive work environments for Service members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws.
