The award nomination was made by Montana Army National Guard 1-189th General Aviation Support Battalion (1-189th GSAB) Chief Warrant Officer 2 Matthew Emge.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The 52nd Annual Conference of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) convened at the Mayo Civic Center Aug. 13 – 17. The Minnesota ESGR Committee manned a booth and answered Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and Employer Award questions by Guard members from all 50 states and three US Territories including the District of Columbia.
