CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Dave Santrock, a five-year volunteer with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve passed away August 20, 2021.   He was a retired orthopedic surgeon and served proudly in the United States Navy. He retired from his orthopedic practice in 2007.
