BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Navy Reserve Chief Warrant Officer Joseph Novak nominated his supervisor, Randy Lepper, for the esteemed Department of Defense Patriot Award. The award was presented by Minnesota Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Ombudsman Hiroshi "Yoshi" Asato at the General Dynamics facility in Bloomington Nov. 12.
