SCOLVILLE, Wash. - Joshua White, forest supervisor at the U.S. Forest Service, was presented with a Patriot Award by Jim Wynne, east area chair for the Washington Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve in recognition of extraordinary support of his employees serving in the Guard and Reserve.
ANNVILLE, Pa. – Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an office of the Department of Defense, announced it recently held a highly successful two-day Bosslift event at Fort Indiantown Gap. This year’s event hosted 17 employers from across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
ARLINGTON, Va. – Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III has appointed retired Command Sgt. Maj. John F. Sampa, as the National Chair for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. ESGR’s National Chair is an official Department of Defense volunteer position.
CLEARWATER, Fla. – Callie Herold, from Pinellas County Government, received the Department of Defense Patriot Award for her support of employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve. Roger Trout, Florida ESGR volunteer and chair emeritus, presented the award to Herold at the Pinellas County Government Offices May 13.
RALEIGH, N.C. – Collins Aerospace General Manager Michael Gardner received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award recently for the extraordinary support he provides his employee, North Carolina Army National Guard Lt. Col. Forrest Jublou.
