Stan Johnson Company honored by Department of Defense for extraordinary support

TULSA, Okla. – Oklahoma Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense program, announced today that Stan Johnson, President and CEO, and Jeff Cox, Managing Partner and Head of the East Region, received the ESGR Above and Beyond Award in recognition of the extraordinary support of Stan Johnson Company employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve, as nominated by Maj. ESGR Recognizes 2020 Volunteers of the Year

ALEXANDRIA, Va. –­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve announces the 2020 Volunteers of the Year (VOTY). Volunteers who serve in following functional and operational areas were nominated by their respective State Committee for the prestigious honor of being named Volunteer of the Year: Military Outreach, Employer Outreach, Public Affairs, Training, Ombudsman, and Operations.

Department of Defense Announces 2021 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award FInalists

WASHINGTON – Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) proudly announces the 30 finalists for the 2021 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award. The finalists include small and large private and public sector employers nominated by a National Guard or Reserve Component employee employed in their organization. ESGR received 3,382 nominations for this prestigious award for employers throughout the 50 states, Guam-CNMI, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and District of Columbia.
