WARREN, Mich. - The Michigan Committee for ESGR was proud to present volunteer John Becker with the ESGR Spirit of Volunteerism Award Dec. 21. The award is presented to volunteers who have shown outstanding support and service for an extended period of time with a state committee. John is a volunteer within our southeast region of Michigan and our State Chair, Gary Aten (right) was happy to present him with the award at the region's meeting this week.

SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich - Larry Bitnar, owner of Bitnar Construction, was presented with the ESGR Patriot Award Dec. 22. Bitnar was nominated for the award by Pfc. Marah Rice of the Army National Guard.
MARQUETTE, Mich. – Central U.P. Commercial Banking manager for Nicolet National Bank Boris Martysz was presented with the ESGR Patriot Award Dec. 18. Martysz, who thought he was just visiting the branch for Christmas festivities, was very surprised to receive the award.
SAGINAW, Mich - Dan Mckinnon of XPO was presented with the ESGR Patriot Award Dec.18. Mckinnon was just transferred to the state of Washington so receiving the award on his behalf is Service Center Manager Jason G. Thomas.
IRON RIVER, Mich. – Josie Principe of Josie's Barber Shop was presented with the ESGR Seven Seals Award Dec. 12. It's not often we get to present one of these awards, which makes it even more special when we do.
