WASHINGTON – The Department of Defense honored the recipients of the 2023 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest U.S. government honor to employers for support of National Guard and Reserve, in a formal ceremony at the Pentagon Aug. 30.
SEYMOUR, Ind. – Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense office, announced JCBank, signed a Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve Aug. 21 at JCBank, Seymour branch in front of more than 20 employees.
HORSHAM, Pa. – Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an office of the Department of Defense, announced that CAM Superline, a division of Novae LLC, recently received a Secretary of Defense Freedom Award in recognition of extraordinary support of employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. The Freedom Award is the highest U.S. government honor to employers for support of National Guard and Reserve employees.
LOS ANGELES – Amaya Cristian of Southwestern Law School, received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award recently for the extraordinary support provided to employee Lance Cpl. Juan Garcia, Marine Corps Reserve. The award was presented by California ESGR volunteers Reginald Fields and Stephanie Pofcher.
ANAHEIM, Calif. – Supervisor Anthony Caulford, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award recently for the extraordinary support provided to employee Sgt. 1st Class Craig Ballman, Army National Guard. The award was presented by California ESGR volunteer Gordon Crane and Laurie Fulton.
NORTHRIDGE, Calif. – Nola Kennedy, Antonio Machado, Katherine McNamara, and Michael J. Sullivan of California State University Northridge, received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award recently for the extraordinary support provided to employee Staff Sgt. John Beer, Army National Guard.
