PLYMOUTH, Minn. – Maj. Jessica Haugaard with the Minnesota Army National Guard is presenting the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to her employment supervisor, Marcus Magy with Northrop Grumman.
The award was given recently at Northrop Grumman office in Plymouth in recognition of Marcus Magy’s support of his employee's service to the Minnesota National Guard. Haugaard was very appreciative of Northrop Grumman’s support and assistance with her service and Guard deployments and wanted to honor Magy.
Haugaard had participated in Army Training and attended Warfighter for 8 weeks of the first sixteen weeks of her initial hiring. Magy was genuinely happy when Haugaard was promoted and succeeded in the Minnesota National Guard. Also present was Tom Haugo, an ESGR Minnesota Committee member.
ESGR is a Department of Defense program which seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States.
