LINCOLN, Neb. – In an outdoor ceremony, Brad Moline, President of ALLO Communications, accepted the Above and Beyond Award on behalf of ALLO for their exceptional support of the members of the Guard and Reserve.

Nebraska Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) volunteer and ALLO Director Todd Heyne, presented the award to Moline who expressed being very honored to accept this recognition on behalf of the company he founded.

ALLO was nominated for the prestigious award by the Nebraska ESGR state committee, which stated, “ALLO has long supported and assisted their Guard and Reserve employees while on deployment, training, or state emergency. ALLO has differential pay, multiple managers recognized with a DOD Patriot Award, and supports the local veteran community financially and operationally. ALLO values its citizen soldier employees and is always striving to hire more.”

Moline remarked, “ALLO proudly supports our military associates and their families in time of peace, crisis, and war. I am honored to accept this award, but the real thanks go to those deployed and our fantastic Human Resource and management teams. They ensure service members’ training and deployments are hassle-free.”

Earlier this month ALLO managers Brent Sexton and Joel Pierce received Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot awards. ALLO associate Sgt. Chance Baumann of the Nebraska Army National Guard nominated them for the award.
