The Patriot Award was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation to their employees, who like the citizen warriors before them, have answered their nation’s call to serve, said WynneOur Guard and Reserve members could not perform their military duty without knowing their civilian employer supports them 100 percent.”

We are very production-driven in our day-to-day here in the Spokane office; so, we lean on our employees fairly heavily to do the amazing jobs that they do and provide our customers with an outstanding level of service,” said Erb.  “Wes is very communicative in his upcoming schedule and works very hard to ensure there is no gap in service delivery. This is obviously important to our clients, for continuity purposes, but so incredibly important to our team for the open communication and support. Wes is such a great addition to our team and I’m so honored to have been nominated for this award! We look forward to seeing what Wes will do next in his career!”
