ESGR in the News

MINNETONKA Minn. – Capt. Ramseth of the Minnesota Army National Guard nominated his employer, Julie Holmen, for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s (ESGR) Patriot Award.

The award was presented Sept. 10 at the Humana office in Minnetonka, in recognition of Holmen’s support to the Minnesota National Guard.

Ramseth was very appreciative of Holmen’s support and assistance toward his Guard obligations and wanted to honor her. Also present was Hiroshi “Yoshi” Asato, ESGR Ombudsman, Holmen’s superior, Paul Zenner, and Holmen’s Humana colleagues.

ESGR is an agency of the Department of Defense which seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States.
