WARREN, Mich. - Congratulations to Meghan Brown, Chief, Force Management Office at Army Tank - Automotive and Armaments Command G-8 Office for receiving the ESGR Patriot Award recently.
Brown was nominated by Staff Sgt. Sam A. Musawi of the Air National Guard and stated, “My supervisor has shown outstanding support for my upcoming deployment, diligently ensuring all necessary approvals are handled efficiently. She fosters a supportive work environment that truly values the sacrifices involved in military service. Anticipating my deployment, she has thoughtfully planned a send-off party to boost team spirit and highlight her commitment to our well-being.”
Musawi went on to say, “She has also pledged to celebrate my birthday during my deployment to maintain team morale and honor my service from afar. Despite having no military service herself, she is the most understanding supervisor I’ve ever had regarding my duties. Additionally, she went above and beyond by contacting the payroll office to ensure that I receive the maximum benefits possible, demonstrating proactive care for my welfare. Her consistent expressions of gratitude for my service, coupled with her thoughtful and caring actions, and enhance team morale exemplify why she truly deserves this prestigious recognition.”
