ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Congratulations to Christopher Davis, Manager of Maintenance Operations and Carmelo Orlando, Postmaster at the United States Postal Service in Ann Arbor, for receiving the ESGR Patriot Award on July 10.
These two outstanding supervisors were nominated by Cpl. Jacob Hock, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve who was deployed at the time of the award presentation. In his nomination Hock recommended his supervisors for recognition because they are very humble men and avoid any limelight. He wanted to ensure they know their support and the sacrifices of his teammates is respected and much appreciated.
The awards were presented by Fred Kaiser, ESGR Volunteer pictured left. Next to him is Carmelo Orlando and Christopher Davis.
