ST PETERSBURG, Fla. – Aidan Snee, CEO, Inside Sales Solutions, St. Petersburg, received the ESGR Patriot Award for his unwavering support of employees serving in the Guard and Reserve during a presentation March 6. Petty Officer 1st Class Russell Owens, an Inside Sales Solutions employee and Navy Reserve member, nominated Snee for the award.

“For almost six years employed by Inside Sales Solutions the organization and our CEO have not only respected my Navy Reserve service, but they accommodated my service by retaining my roles and responsibilities at work and recognized my accomplishments,” said Owens. “Inside Sales Solutions has continued to treat me with the same loyalty and respect that I give this organization and it all starts with the CEO, Aidan Snee.”

Roger Trout, Florida ESGR volunteer and ESGR Chair Emeritus, presented the award to Snee at Inside Sales Solutions. Trout also facilitated Snee’s signing of the ESGR Statement of Support, which encourages employers to act as advocates for employee participation in the military.  Snee affirmed his organization’s continued commitment to support employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. Snee and the rest of his company also actively recruit Guard and Reserve members along with veterans.

ESGR, a Department of Defense office, seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States. ESGR facilitates and promotes a cooperative culture of employer support for National Guard and Reserve service by developing and advocating mutually beneficial initiatives, recognizing outstanding employer support, increasing awareness of applicable laws and policies, resolving potential conflicts between employers and their service members, and acting as the employers’ principal advocate within DoD. Paramount to ESGR's mission is encouraging employment of Guardsmen and Reservists who bring integrity, a global perspective and proven leadership to the civilian workforce.
