MARSHALL, Minn. – Lindsey Larson, wife of Sgt. 1st Class Michael Larson of the Minnesota Army National Guard, is presenting the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to her supervisor, Brian Jones, Principal at the Marshall Public School. The award was given on Nov 28, 2023 at the Marshall Public School in recognition of Brian's and the school's support for her husband’s service to the Minnesota National Guard. Lindsey put her employer in for this award because of the support she has received from him and the school while her husband has been on numerous deployments.
Lindsey Larson stated, “that they have supported me in every way they possibly can while Mike is away and I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.” Also present was Clarence Swenson, an ESGR Minnesota Committee member.
