REDFORD, Mich. – Congratulations to Rachel Martoia, Director of Administrative Services at MCHS Family of Services for receiving the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award.

Martoia was nominated by Petty Officer 2nd Class Michelle R. Ali of the U.S. Navy Reserve. She stated, "My supervisor, Rachel Martoia has been very supportive and understanding with those annual training days needed for me to take off work from the beginning of my employment, especially since I’ve only just recently hit my one-year anniversary with the agency, MCHS Family of Services. Rachel is a great supervisor in my opinion but more importantly has a heart of gold, especially when it comes to me being a military member!"
