DETROIT – Congratulations to Pamela Smith, Manager of Service & Support Clark Hill PLC in Detroit for receiving the ESGR Patriot Award. Smith was nominated by Spc. Mekhi Terry of the Army National Guard who is an IT Specialist at Clark Hill PLC.

He stated, "My supervisor, Pamela Smith, has been more than willing to work with me with both my Guard schedule, allowing me to hold my position while attending the Basic Leadership Course that will help me be a better soldier and leader for my unit, and for my civilian duties. In addition to working around my continued education schedule and even taking an interest in my studies, she - along with the rest of my team - are constantly on my side, encouraging me when it comes to bettering myself as a person, employee, soldier and leader."
