Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Review
In 2025, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) fostered supportive work environments for National Guard and Reserve Service members by conducting over 2,800 outreach events for military members and employers.
These achievements were powered by the dedication of more than 2,000 volunteers. Their combined 169,676 hours of service delivered a remarkable $5.9 million return on investment. Furthermore, the successful resolution of 1,394 Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) cases led to millions of dollars in cost avoidance for the federal government. These results are a testament to the commitment of our volunteers, supportive employers, ESGR staff, and the dedicated men and women of the National Guard and Reserve.
