Wyoming Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (WYESGR) is a Department of Defense program operating under the purview of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. We are a volunteer-led and volunteer-centric committee composed of approximately 27 volunteers and 3 full-time staff.

Our mission is to develop and promote a supportive work environment for service members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and education that increases awareness of applicable laws (e.g., the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994) and resolves employment conflicts between the service members and their employers through free, impartial mediation (Ombudsman Services).
