For a workplace issue, conflict or question call the Customer Service Center to speak with a representative at 800-336-4590, Option 1, or email OSD.USERRA@mail.mil.

ESGR’s Customer Service Center is available to answer USERRA questions (except Federal holidays) or to refer cases to a trained Ombudsman.
