On Monday May 14th, 165 business executives, honored military and their commanders attended Wisconsin ESGR's Annual Breakfast with the Boss and Major Richard I Bong Awards.

Former Philadelphia Eagles Vince Papale is all ‘heart and soul’ and a proud supporter of the Armed Forces. At a recent networking event held at Cherry Hill Jaguar, Papale signed a Statement of Support for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. 

The 6th Medical Logistics Management Center confirmed their support for the men and women serving in the National Guard and Reserve by signing an ESGR Statements of Support.

"Dr. Rochon gave me the support and knowledge that I needed to tackle all of the obstacles I was facing while planning for my future and not having to give up any of my major commitments to do so," wrote LCPL Stratton in his nominating letter.

The Oklahoma Committee of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve had the distinct honor and privilege to host an Employer Bosslift to Ft Chaffee, AR on Tuesday, April 24, 2012.  The intent of the Bosslift was to link employers with their service members of Oklahoma Army National Guard’s 45th Fires Brigade (FiB) who were conducting annual training at Ft Chaffee.

Portsmouth, VA – The Virginia Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, announced that Rear Admiral Wagner signed three Statements of Support for the National Guard and Reserve on Wednesday, April 18th.  ADM Wagner signed Statements of Support for Navy Medical Center Portsmouth, Chief Dental Corps, and Navy Medicine East.  The signing ceremony was held on the first floor in the lobby in the historic section of Navy Medical Center Portsmouth. 

Our mission, as issued by the Department of Defense, was simple:  Proceed with the 916th Air Refueling Wing from Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, North Carolina, to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.  There, learn about the important activities of the Air Force Reserve units, the historical anniversary taking place and trace the connection between man and flight, North Carolina and Ohio. 

April 6, Marana, AZ.  Local employers attended a Briefing with the Boss event conducted by the Alfa Company, 1/285th Aviation Battalion.  As part of their pre-deployment planned for early May, Alfa Company invited
local employers for an employer event sponsored by the Southern Arizona Committee for ESGR.
